This Greek yogurt sauce is simply delicious with a tangy citrus punch made with fresh dill, lemon juice and greek yogurt!
Greek yogurt sauce is one of my favorite sauces to add to our dishes. Greek yogurt is a healthier alternative to sour cream, so greek yogurt is always my go-to to add to different meals. This yogurt sauce is thick, creamy, and tangy. It's made with plain greek yogurt, fresh dill, and lemon juice. This sauce pairs well with seafood and other dishes like, tuna patties, potato tuna patties, zucchini fritters, burgers, or your favorite side dishes. Yogurt sauce adds extra flavor to many meals.
Ingredients you'll need to make this yogurt sauce:
- Plain greek yogurt
- Fresh dill to add that fresh taste
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Virgin olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
How to make this quick yogurt sauce:
This yogurt sauce is ready in five minutes! Finely chop the fresh dill and add to a small bowl with greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients. If you have time let it sit for a couple hours in the refrigerator so the flavors can meld together. I find that this sauce tastes even better the next day!

Chef Mimi
Mmmmmmm this is fabulous. I made something similar yesterday, but with shallots, parsley and chives. Then I tossed roasted baby potatoes in the sauce. Superb. These sauces are so versatile!
