Hemp milk iced lattes are full of smooth creamy nutty flavor. If you are looking for a plant-based milk that is super creamy and is packed with essential nutrients, then you must try hemp milk in your lattes. The combination of creamy milk and espresso make the perfect duo. Other ways I love experimenting with different plant-based milks is in matcha lattes.

    What is hemp milk

Hemp milk is a great alternative to regular cow's milk. Not only taste great, but is full of nutrients, like omega 3, protein, amino acids and calcium. Hemp milk is very creamy; almost a cross between half and half and cereal milk, (but not yucky). Whereas, oatmilk can seem watery at times unless you buy the extra creamy kind, hemp milk attempts to replace that heavy cream texture your pallet craves.

Ingredients you'll need to make hemp milk iced lattes

    • hemp milk, the star of this iced latte
    • espresso, double shot or single shot. This beverage uses two shots of espresso.
    • syrup to add some sweetness, but not needed. I like using some vanilla or coconut syrup
    • iced cubes

How to make a hemp milk iced latte

Add your iced cubes, pour your freshly brewed espresso shot, pour syrup if using and top with 8 oz of hemp milk. Give it a stir and you're all set. It takes about 5 minutes to make and go about your day enjoying some delicious coffee.
