2 tablespoon cooking oil (I use extra virgin olive oil)
kosher salt to taste (I used ¼ tsp)

Instructions
Drain all water from tuna and put in a large bowl
Beat egg on a separate small bowl, then stir into the large bowl with tuna
Add panko and spices to the bowl and stir
Add spicy mayo and mustard and mix all ingredients together
Once all ingredients are mixed, form the patties
Divide the mixture into 12 parts for mini patties and shape tuna mixture into balls and flatten with a spoon to form patties
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and add tuna patties, cook until golden brown on both sides- about 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve warm *
Notes
No spicy mayo? You can use regular mayo and use spicy mustard insteadYou can eat these tuna patties alone with some squeezed lemon, over rice with your favorite toppings, with a salad or with burger buns.
