Instructions
Place batter ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Batter normally makes 2 large size pancakes or you can make 4 small ones. Pour batter into skillet and cook each side in medium heat for about 5 minutes.For the syrup: Place chopped strawberries, corn starch and natural sweetener in a small sauce pan, dissolve corn starch with water and strawberries. Once it starts boiling turn off the heat. Let it cool down for a few minutes and pour over pancakes.Optional: Top over with handful of walnuts
