Easy Pumpking Granola that is not too sweet and is guilt-free. This granola makes the perfect breakfast and snack.

¼ C Pure Pumpkin
¼ C Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¼ C Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Baking Truvia
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups Rolled Oats
Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Combine first eight ingredients in a large bowl
Add oats and combine with wet ingredients
On a cookie sheet spread the granola evenly
Bake for 15 minutes
Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and stir the granola
Bake for another 10 minutes
Take out the cookie sheet and stir the granola again
Bake for last 10 minutes
Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool down
