Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Frozen Cherry-Berry Blend frozen fruit (I got mine from Trader Joes)


  • 4 oz

    water

  • 2 oz

    orange juice

  • 1 scoop

    vanilla whey

  • handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth 

Notes

You can add some granola for the extra crunchy effect. You can also make different variations with different fruits.
