Licuado de Banana

This licuado de banana is a Mexican style smoothie made with banana, milk, cinnamon and some sweetener. It's super easy to make and makes the perfect breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana (large)
  • ½ cup Oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 5.3 oz Banana Greek yogurt (optional)*
  • ½-1 cup ice cubes

Topping

  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting your banana. Add all the ingredients, milk, banana, cinnamon, sweetener and some ice to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended banana smoothie into a tall glass and top with ground cinnamon and enjoy.

Notes

Greek yogurt - not needed but perfect if you want that extra protein.
