¼ tablespoon garlic salt (you can add more to your liking )
dash of ground oregano

Instructions
Boil tomatoes and let them cool
Saute garlic clove and chilis (remove stem and seeds before sautéing in medium-high heat on a skillet) in olive oil for about 3-5 minutes. Make sure they do not burn (you do not want your chilis to turn all black).
Add salt and rest of ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You can add some water to make the consistency a little more watery.
add more garlic salt to taste and serve
Notes
Note: If you like more of a milder taste do only 2 chiles. You can always add another ½ or medium tomato if the salsa is too spicy. You can find the Arbol chilis in most groceries stores international/ethnic food aisle
